Overview
Brett has more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial management, strategic performance management, property services, corporate and consulting roles, for both the public and private sector. During this time, Brett has held a number of CFO and senior management roles as well as consulting on a range of high profile and strategically important projects. Brett holds tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA), Certified Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI), and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Previous appointments include being a Senior Financial Advisor for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, CFO of an Intelligence Organisation, CFO of Calvary Health Care (ACT), the founding CFO of the Natural Heritage Trust, a $1.5b environment programme of the Australian Government, and Director of Finance, Property and Corporate Services within the Australian Nature Conservation Agency.
