Bridget has over nine years’ experience in Federal Government financial management and assurance with a specialisation in financial analysis and financial viability assessment; process review and re-engineering; cost and financial modelling, management accounting including business case preparation and budget development; system design and implementation; assurance and auditing of financial statements; financial accounting including financial statements preparation; and internal audit.
Bridget has most recently been engaged in joint HR-Finance initiatives including: complex costing of the terms and conditions of a current and proposed enterprise agreement; costing of proposed management initiatives to change working patterns; development of a suite of dynamic employee detail reports from joint HR and Finance sources, including the development and implementation of resource planning throughout the client organisation; costing of a proposed Deployment Determination that will replace several Determinations with varying terms and conditions and various funding sources.
Bridget is a chartered accountant with a strong background obtained through commencement as a graduate in a Big 4 firm progressing to a Director role, and through her experience in both public and private sectors.
In addition to working extensively in financial analysis, strategic performance and human resource management, Bridget leads the Audit and Assurance service line.
