Scott is a financial management specialist with over 15 years’ experience in government and commercial organisations. Results-driven, logical and methodical, Scott employs a decisive approach to consulting based on clearly identifying the issues and working closely with his clients to deliver effective solutions. Scott is a hands-on consultant, with advanced skills in financial modelling, costing and financial accounting.

Prior to establishing Analytics Group with Brett Streatfeild in 2007, Scott worked in various consulting roles in Australia and Europe, building on his expertise in costing and business outsourcing. He held a senior manager role at Walter Turnbull (now PwC) in charge of government clients in the area of financial management, and has been seconded to a Commonwealth agency to act as CFO. In 2011, he completed the Business Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Scott is a graduate of ANU (B Comm), is a member of CPA Australia and is currently undertaking a Masters of Business and Technology at the University of NSW. He is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a current board member of ArtSound ACT, a not-for-profit organisation promoting Arts within the ACT region. He is also an ‘in-active’ officer in the Australian Army Reserve, holding the rank of Lieutenant in the Corps of Infantry.

Scott works across all Analytics Group service lines and leads Business Case Development and Costing.
